Moon Brook Rental Rates:
Moon Brook is available year
round, with a 2-night minimum stay.
Winter/Spring Rates:
$145.00 per night.
$1600 per month.
Fall/Summer Rates:
$175.00 per night.
$1800 per month.
A 50% deposit is needed when
making a reservation with the remaining balance due prior to check-in. A
credit-card number will be kept on file and used if repairs or
replacement of household items are required due to your stay. There is
also
a $50 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund
will be issued on cancellations made 30 days in advance. Reservations
cancelled with at least 7 days notice will receive a 50% refund of the
deposit. |
